In 2018, before they worked together, Adam and Andrew were both early adopters of Amazon’s DSP 2.0 program—a fast-growing initiative that at the time provided minimal processes, tools, or guidance. They relied on their hands-on experience and sheer determination to scale quickly. It worked. Within months, their two organizations had hired a total of nearly 100 employees and ran 80 delivery routes daily.

But the pace came at a cost.
Just 100 days in, exhausted from 14 hour days and an endless stream of stress, Adam suddenly lost vision and function on the left side of his face. After a hospital visit, he learned that this medical scare was a direct result of prolonged stress and fatigue. It was a pivotal moment as Adam realized that despite initial success, running a DSP without support was unsustainable.
We knew we had to work hard and smart.

Adam and Andrew decided to join forces and reimagine how their operation worked. They created a shared administrative infrastructure and built specialized expertise in fleet management, HR, operations, and finance. The resulting efficiency was better than they had hoped: within a few weeks, their admin staff had additional time. Adam and Andrew realized they could support other DSPs with that time, and the Go HQ model was born.
Within 90 days, Go HQ (Formerly Delivery Management Group / DMGgo) had hired 50 admin employees and was helping launch DSPs across the country.
Over time, we expanded our services to include support for FedEx and Lone Star Overnight client operations. In 2024, we took a significant step forward and acquired Bright Flag, an Atlanta-based recruiting firm. This strategic move doubled our size and enabled us to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
As our services, team, and vision have grown, so has our identity. Today, Go HQ is part of Waypoint Group, a growing family of companies that exist to empower entrepreneurs to achieve and enjoy unlimited success.
